本产品由7种重组蛋白质组成，分子量范围为30 kDa-150 kDa。其中30 kDa是蓝色预染条带，120 kDa是橙色预染条带，便于动态观察蛋白质电泳状态，判断转膜效果和方向。其它条带含有多种IgG亚型结合位点，蛋白质分子量标准条带和目的蛋白条带同时结合抗体，用相同标记抗体来检测。经化学发光检测后显示40 kDa、60 kDa、90 kDa、120 kDa和150 kDa条带。
