TransScript® II Green Two-Step qRT-PCR SuperMix是具有高效合成能力和高扩增效率的两步法荧光定量PCR试剂盒。在同一反应体系中，用5×TransScript® II All-in-One SuperMix for qPCR和gDNA Remover在42℃-55℃条件下，高效地将RNA 合成第一链cDNA，同时去除基因组DNA；另配有5×TransScript® II All-in-One No-RT Control SuperMix for qPCR，用于配制无反转录酶的对照，判断qPCR模板是否来自cDNA。qPCR使用PerfectStart® Tip Green qPCR SuperMix扩增。
