CD63是一种广泛表达的蛋白，定位于核内体系统和细胞表面，又称为血小板糖蛋白40（platelet glycoprotein 40, Pltgp40）或黑色素瘤抗原491（ME491）等，主要存在于晚期核内体/多囊泡（MVBs）和溶酶体中[1]。CD63与囊泡运输活动相关，与多种肿瘤的发生、转移存在一定的联系。在卵巢癌中，低表达水平的CD63与肿瘤转移相关[2]；在肺腺癌中，低表达CD63与肿瘤转移及预后差相关[3]；在乳腺癌和结肠癌中，CD63表达与肿瘤侵袭和转移呈负相关[4,5]。本产品为小鼠抗人CD63单克隆抗体，用于WB、IF和FC方法特异性检测人CD63蛋白。
